Radius Investments Purchases Kearney Mesa Office Building Santa Barbara – Radius Investments, LLC, a Santa Barbara based real estate investment company, announced that it has purchased the Chesapeake Center, a two-story office building in the centrally located Kearney Mesa section of San Diego. The purchase price was $8.75 million. The Chesapeake Center, whose current tenants include the State of California, Primerica, a subsidiary of Citigroup, Trane, a Fortune 500 Company, and several other dynamic companies, is situated on 3.24 acres of land with quick access to five of San Diego major freeways. The building, constructed in 1984, has more than 58,000 square feet of rentable space. Radius Investments, LLC, was formed by the principals of Radius Group Commercial Real Estate to provide clients with the opportunity to invest in real estate.
